

亞馬遜超嚴 Review 政策下,賣家還可以這樣獲評
五星好評對于產(chǎn)品來說,可謂是重中之重,它既能讓花費者在閱讀頁面的時候信任賣家的信用和產(chǎn)品的質量,也能夠讓遲疑不決的潛在客戶發(fā)生從重的心理,更主要的是它還能影響產(chǎn)品的排名。
但是,一般情形下,買家給予商品的留評率非常低,甚至有的賣家產(chǎn)品留評率低于1%的都有。因此,很多賣家就會嘗試以購置留評的門路去迅速大批地增長評論。
然而,自17年以來,亞馬遜對刷評論的舉措可謂是一波接一波,先是警告,然后大批刪評、封號,掌握力度是越發(fā)嚴厲,等于是截斷了寬大賣家迅速獲評的主要門路。
違規(guī)獲評不行,自然積聚速度又太慢,可能還沒等到這個產(chǎn)品賺錢,它的時期就過去了。這樣思來想去,既要符合亞馬遜請求同時要保證后果且性價比高的,便是亞馬遜索評郵件和站外促銷了。
索評郵件
索評郵件其實就是在用戶進行下單購置之后的郵件跟蹤,給用戶供給附加價值的操作,包含給用戶供給產(chǎn)品購置信息,客服服務支撐,產(chǎn)品相干的應用解釋,或者其他的相干信息能夠贊助用戶解決問題。
但要注意,賣家們不要給用戶濫發(fā)無用的信息,亞馬遜對所有的郵件都有進行監(jiān)控,如果違背了規(guī)矩,亞馬遜可能會封掉你的郵件索評功效。

站外促銷
除了索評郵件外,大家還可以應用站外促銷進行引流,不僅可以迅速增長產(chǎn)品的銷量,還能獲得評論的累積。
但是,做站外促銷也是有講求的。一般情形下,大家慣例的做法都是設置 Code,然后分享鏈接到社交平臺,將流量導入產(chǎn)品 Listing 詳情頁面。
這個做法其實不太合理:
其一,這會導致大批無效的流量(只看卻不購置)比例的增長,下降你的轉化率。即便你從中獲得了想要的評論,但要知道,亞馬遜是非常重視轉化率的,轉化率下降,產(chǎn)品的排名也會波及。而且,現(xiàn)在貌似 Code 設置超過30% 以上,買家留的評不僅沒什么權重,可能VP認證都沒有,所以須要鄭重。
其二,大批買家的涌入可能會造成猖狂下單的現(xiàn)象,導致庫存被賣光,后續(xù)補貨卻跟不上,成果不但遭遇了出售喪失,也會因為庫存問題導致 Listing 排名降低。
不過也不用太擔憂,站外促銷不必定非得用慣例的Code,現(xiàn)在有些站外折扣網(wǎng)站不管多高的折扣留的評都有VP認證,而且權重還高,操作也簡略。
