關(guān)于Wish合并計劃中涵蓋的歐盟國家/地區(qū)的特殊說明：

《歐盟市場監(jiān)管法規(guī) (EU) 2019/1020》將于2021年7月16日起開始生效，所有在歐盟和北愛爾蘭銷售產(chǎn)品的 商戶都將受到影響。由于 Wish 的合并計劃支持部分歐盟國家/地區(qū)，因此商戶可能需要為已經(jīng)開通或打算開通合并計劃中涵蓋的所有國家/地區(qū)的適用產(chǎn)品添加責任人。如需了解關(guān)于此項歐盟產(chǎn)品合規(guī)規(guī)定以及如何為相關(guān)產(chǎn)品提供責任人的更多信息，請查閱小編其他文章。

為了幫助商戶確定哪些產(chǎn)品可能適用此項規(guī)定，Wish 在產(chǎn)品的“編輯國際配送選項”頁面（可通過商戶平臺的產(chǎn)品 > 查看所有產(chǎn)品 >“國家/地區(qū)運費”列訪問）顯示了以下通知：

此頁面還將引導商戶前往提供責任人的頁面。

請注意，如果商戶未在2021年7月9日之前為適用歐盟新法規(guī)且可以開通合并計劃的所有適用產(chǎn)品提供責任人，則從上述日期開始，這些產(chǎn)品在所有歐盟國家/地區(qū)的曝光量都將被屏蔽，且會失去銷量。

** A special note on the European Union countries included in the unification initiative:

Starting July 16, 2021, the Market Surveillance Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 regulation will take effect, impacting all Wish merchants selling products in the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland. Since Wish’s unification initiative supports several EU countries, merchants may need to add Responsible Person(s) to applicable products that merchants have enabled or plan to enable to ship to all countries included in the unification initiative. Merchants may learn more about this EU product compliance regulation and how to provide Responsible Person(s) for relevant products here.

To help merchants identify potentially applicable products that are subject to the regulation, surfaces the following notification in the product’s Edit International Shipping Options page (accessible via Merchant Dashboard Products > View All Products > Country Shipping Price column):

Specifically, this page also directs merchants to the Merchant Dashboard page where they can provide Responsible Person(s) for the product. 

Note that if merchants do not provide Responsible Person(s) for all applicable products subject to the EU regulation and available for enabling unification initiative by July 9, 2021, product impressions and sales in all EU countries will be blocked for these products starting this time.
