You can manage your FBA products online using tools that allow near real-time management of your inventory.
Identify the listings (SKUs) you would like Amazon to fulfill for you. On the Manage Inventory page, you can find listings that you fulfill in the All Inventory view. You can find listings that Amazon fulfills in both the All Inventory view and the Inventory Amazon Fulfills view.
You can create a shipment from either of these pages using the instructions below.
You can send your inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers by creating a shipping plan, packing your products and sending your inventory to the fulfillment centers that Amazon designates, using the carrier of your choice. Inventory that is sent to a fulfillment center is generally scanned and made available for sale within three business days of delivery.

Options for creating a shipment include the following:
Send to Amazon (beta) A streamlined workflow for single-SKU boxes sent as pallet shipments using a non-partnered carrier or as small parcel shipments using either an Amazon partnered carrier or a non-partnered carrier. Send to Amazon lets you create reusable packing templates to save box content information, box weight and dimensions, and prep and labeling details for your SKUs. This saves you time on each replenishment. Send/replenish inventory This shipment creation workflow is for single-SKU pallet shipments shipped with an Amazon partnered carrier and for shipments of boxes containing more than one SKU. For all other types of shipments, try using Send to Amazon, a streamlined workflow with fewer steps to replenish inventory. Shipping plan file upload tool For medium to large shipments, you can upload a .csv file of your inventory created from a template we provide. The shipment is created automatically for you. Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS) For medium to large shipments. You can integrate your own inventory systems using Amazon APIs. To learn more, visit Amazon Marketplace Web Service overview. Send your products to the locations that Amazon designates for your shipping plan. This places your inventory closer to customers and reduces the time to deliver your orders. Not shipping your products as stated in your approved shipping plan – for example, by cancelling part of an approved shipping plan, misrouting a shipment, or sending an incomplete shipment – is not permitted and leads to additional processing and handling that can delay receipt of your inventory and its availability for sale.
Note: A fee for unplanned prep services will be charged for units requiring labels that are received with the barcode label missing. Visit Unplanned services for more information. Planned prep or labeling, as part of the FBA Prep Service or FBA Label Service, might delay full receipt of your shipment. However, unplanned prep or prep that is not part of the FBA prep or label services might further delay complete receipt of your deliveries by up to 48 hours.
