在“待處理”標(biāo)簽頁(yè)上,新創(chuàng)建和提交的活動(dòng)需要經(jīng)過(guò)分析才會(huì)正式啟動(dòng)并變成活躍狀態(tài)。分析的目的是為了評(píng)估活動(dòng)和產(chǎn)品,確保它們都具備獲得成功的最佳條件。如果經(jīng)過(guò)分析,某個(gè)活動(dòng)不具備獲得成功的最佳條件,該活動(dòng)將被 Wish 取消并移至“歷史記錄”標(biāo)簽頁(yè),而不會(huì)變成活躍狀態(tài)。這種情況下,商戶(hù)可以根據(jù)需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建其他降價(jià)賦能活動(dòng)。
分析完成之后,如果活動(dòng)未被 Wish 取消,則會(huì)移至“正在進(jìn)行”標(biāo)簽頁(yè):
在此頁(yè)面,商戶(hù)可以通過(guò)“自動(dòng)續(xù)期”列下的開(kāi)關(guān)為每個(gè)活動(dòng)打開(kāi)或關(guān)閉自動(dòng)續(xù)期。請(qǐng)注意,在7個(gè)自然日的周期內(nèi),商戶(hù)可以在距離活動(dòng)結(jié)束并自動(dòng)續(xù)期還剩24小時(shí)之前選擇關(guān)閉自動(dòng)續(xù)期;在活動(dòng)快要結(jié)束的最后24小時(shí)之內(nèi),商戶(hù)無(wú)法選擇關(guān)閉自動(dòng)續(xù)期,活動(dòng)結(jié)束時(shí)會(huì)自動(dòng)再續(xù)期7個(gè)自然日。
為了幫助商戶(hù)快速編輯多個(gè)降價(jià)賦能活動(dòng)的自動(dòng)續(xù)期設(shè)置,您也可以將“待處理”、“正在進(jìn)行”和“歷史記錄”狀態(tài)下的所有降價(jià)賦能活動(dòng)下載到一個(gè) CSV 文件中;點(diǎn)擊這三個(gè)標(biāo)簽頁(yè)中的任意一個(gè),然后點(diǎn)擊“下載全部”(在任一標(biāo)簽頁(yè)下載獲得的 CSV 文件是相同的):
在下載的 CSV 文件中,您可以編輯“Auto Renew”(自動(dòng)續(xù)期)列的值,可填寫(xiě) TRUE 或 FALSE:
如果“Auto Renew”列的值設(shè)為 TRUE,則相應(yīng)的降價(jià)賦能活動(dòng)將在當(dāng)前7個(gè)自然日的活動(dòng)周期結(jié)束后再自動(dòng)續(xù)期7個(gè)自然日。
相反,如果“Auto Renew”列的值設(shè)為 FALSE,則相應(yīng)的降價(jià)賦能活動(dòng)將在當(dāng)前7個(gè)自然日的活動(dòng)周期結(jié)束后取消。
完成文件更新后,您可以前往產(chǎn)品 > 降價(jià)賦能活動(dòng) > 更新活動(dòng)自動(dòng)續(xù)期 CSV 文件上傳更新后的 CSV 文件,您對(duì)多個(gè)活動(dòng)的更新將會(huì)同時(shí)保存:
From “Pending” status to “On-going” campaign
After submitting the campaign per steps above, the new campaign will be first moved to the “Pending” tab of the Price Drop Campaigns > View all campaigns and offers page on the Merchant Dashboard:
Newly-created and submitted campaigns in the “Pending” tab are analyzed before they officially start and become active. The analysis is to assess the campaigns and products to make sure that they are both best positioned for success. If the analysis determines that a campaign is not best positioned for success, the campaign will be cancelled by and moved to the “History” tab without becoming active. In this case, merchants may create another Price Drop campaign as needed.
Once analysis is completed and the campaigns is not cancelled by , it will be moved to “On-going” tab:
Here, merchants are able to switch the automatic renewal on and off as well by toggling under the “Auto-Renew” column for each campaign. Note that throughout the 7 calendar days, merchants are able to opt out of automatic campaign renewal up until 24 hours before the campaigns end and are auto-renewed; during the last 24 hours of the campaign, merchants won’t be able to opt out and the campaign will be automatically renewed for another 7 calendar days.
To help merchants swiftly edit the auto-renewal process for multiple Price Drop campaigns, you may also download all your Price Drop campaigns with the “Pending”, “On-going”, and “History” status to a CSV file; you could click on one of these three tabs and click “Download All” to receive the same CSV file:
In the downloaded CSV file, you may edit the “Auto Renew” column to indicate TRUE or FALSE:
If the “Auto Renew” column reflects TRUE for the indicated Price Drop campaigns, these campaigns will proceed to auto-renew for another 7 calendar days when they end their current 7-calendar-day campaign cycle.
On the other hand, if the “Auto Renew” column reflects FALSE, these campaigns will be cancelled at the end of their current 7-calendar-day campaign cycle.
Once you complete the updates above, simply visit the Products > Price Drop Campaigns > Update Campaign Auto Renew CSV file page to upload the CSV file, and your edits will be saved for multiple campaigns simultaneously:
